We are seeking an experienced pediatric occupational therapist for employment. Must be available to see our after-school clients. We strive to provide the gold standard of therapy and encourage growth, learning, and collaboration with our therapists. Reach for Speech maintains a high satisfaction rate with the therapists that work for us.
Compensation is competitive with a full range of benefits provided for full time employees. Semi-Flexible scheduling is considered for improved work/life balance.

What You’ll Do:
Greet families with a warm smile and positive attitude — you set the tone for their visit!
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service
Handle patient intakes with care and accuracy
Verify insurance benefits and manage authorizations
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Collect payments
Keep the front office organized, friendly, and running smoothly
Utilize software for patient scheduling, billing, and coding processes.
Help support our clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely love working with children and families
A natural multitasker with excellent communication and organizational skills
Confident with basic technology (EMR systems, email, scheduling software)
Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to insurance and documentation
Excellence and experience utilizing a variety of Microsoft 365 apps
