Army Crawl

Purpose:

Increases core, upper & lower body strength and bilateral integration.  

Directions:

Complete 2 – 4 crawling rounds (1 – 2 times per day). Rest briefly between rounds. 

Recommendations:   

  • Keep hips and tummy close to the floor 

  • Encourage slow, controlled movements rather than speed 

  • Make it fun and motivating by using favorite toy or other preferred item
