Bicep Curls
Purpose:
Builds upper body strength, muscle endurance, and coordination.
Directions:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a light weight in each hand, palms facing forward, and arms resting at the sides.
Keep the upper arms still, elbows tucked near the rib cage, and slowly bend the elbows to lift the weights up toward the shoulders.
Slowly lower the weights back down
Recommendations:
Keep back straight
Start with light weight and increase if needed
