Chest Press/Chest Fly

Purpose:

Increases upper body strength and improves posture.  

Directions:  

  • Lie on your back on a firm surface, holding a small weight(s).  

  • Push the weight(s) straight up and slowly back down to chest. 

Recommendations: 

  • Avoid fast motions to prevent injuries  

  • Start with a light weight and work up as needed 

  • Stop if any pain is felt
