PNF Pattern
Purpose:
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation improves strength, coordination, endurance, motor control, flexibility, and general mobility.
Directions:
D1 PNF Pattern: Imagine reaching up for your seatbelt and clicking it into the buckle
D2 PNF Pattern: Imagine you are a pirate, drawing your sword from your waist and into the air
Recommendations:
Can be completed seated or in stance.
