Russian Twist
Purpose:
Improves stability, core strength, and posture
Directions:
Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet hovering off the ground
Lean back slightly and engage your core
Interlock fingers in front of chest or hold item
Rotate your torso to one side, tap the floor with hand or object, and the switch to the other side
Recommendations:
Move slowly, remembering to breathe
If needed keep heels on floor for more support
