Seated Rowing

Purpose:

Increase upper body strength, posture, and enhance functional abilities like climbing or pulling.  

Directions:

Complete 10 repetitions once a day 

Recommendations: 

  • Have child sit on chair or other hard, supportive surface 

  • Use of light hand weights/dumbbells 

  • Provide proper supervision, ensuring proper form is maintained to avoid injury
