Tricep Curl

Purpose:

Builds upper arm strength, stability in shoulder and elbow joints, and increases muscle endurance.

Directions: 

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding one dumbbell with both hands, or sit on a bench for more back support. 

  • Raise the dumbbell directly overhead  

  • Slowly bend your elbows to lower the weight behind your head, ensuring your elbows remain pointing forward and close to your ears. 

Recommendations:  

  • Slowly lower the dumbbell with controlled movement.
